If you have won a prize:

A member of our promotions team will contact you by phone and/or email as indicated in your FAN Club account within two business days or as specified in the contest rules. Please do not attempt to claim a prize before you have received confirmation of your win. Please make sure to keep your FAN Club account up-to-date with your current contact information and home address for identification purposes.

To claim a prize:
Once you receive confirmation of your win from the SPORTSNET 590 The FAN promotions department, you may claim your prize at the following location:

The prize winner must claim the prize in person within thirty (30) days of notification. You will be required to show government-issued photo ID, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill testing question, and sign a release before any prizing is released. Prizing will not be sent via mail or courier, or transferred to other Rogers Plus locations. After 30 days, unclaimed prizing will be donated to a charity of SPORTSNET 590 The FAN's chosing. Some prizes such as tickets and trips that are time-sensitive must be picked up according to their expiry date.

To win again:

Once you have won a prize, we ask that you and the other members of your household wait before winning again according to the following guidelines:

If you win a prize valued at less than $250, you can not win again for another 30 days.

If you win a prize valued at $250 or more, you can not win again for 6 months.

If you win a prize that involves travel and/or accommodations, you can not win again for 1 year.

These guidelines apply to all selected entrants, including those who win a prize and do not claim it, or who are selected but disqualified from winning for any reason whatsoever.

Other:

All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Prizes will not be substituted except at the sole discretion of SPORTSNET 590 The FAN. In the event of any discrepancy between this page and the official contest rules, the official contest rules will take precedence.
