How do I request a charitable donation?
SPORTSNET 590 The FAN proudly supports a number of charitable causes that support the people of the GTA. While we generally cannot make cash donations, we are often able to donate items as door prizes or silent auction items. To request a donation, please send details of your charity with a formal request letter to SPORTSNET 590 The FAN Promotions department.
What are FAN Club bonus codes and where do I find them?

Make sure you enter the code before its expiry date exactly as it appears with no extra spaces or punctuation.
I heard my name announced as the winner of a prize. How do I claim it?
If you’ve won a prize, a member of our Promotions department will contact you by phone and/or email as indicated in your FAN Club Account within two business days. All prizing must be claimed in person at the SPORTSNET 590 The FAN offices according to our prize claim policy. Please read the official rules for each contest you enter.
