Zack Cooper's bio in his own words: I'm Toronto born and bred. "Been in this game for years." Got my first break writing news and editing audio for our sister station, 680 NEWS, back in 2001.

Started reporting traffic and community events shortly thereafter, and did so until the 2004 Athens Olympics, when THE FAN brought me aboard as an overnight sportscaster (thank you, time difference).

Since then, I've seen countless goals, buckets, bad bounces, brutal calls, and timeless moments . . . all while being mentored by some of the best in the business.

My duties (privileges) at THE FAN include:  Reporting, Hosting a talk-show, and doing the 20/20 updates.

I feel that everything in life is better if it's accompanied by a soundtrack... and I'd prefer to pick up 2 assists, than score a goal... anyday.

Ken Rodney (a.k.a K-Rod to those in the know) was born in Mississauga (not Toronto) Ontario and has been a proud resident his entire life.

He is a double journalism graduate: first from Sheridan College's Print program and then with Honours from the Humber College Accelerated Journalism Post Grad program.

A listing of the different shows Ken produces would crash this website but listen for his name after Blue Jays and Raptors broadcasts as well as many evening and weekend programs such as Sportscentral, Hoops, The Soccer Show as well as Soccer Saturday.  From time to time he is also let out of his cage to report on sporting events in and around the great city of Toronto.

In his spare time Ken loves to win video game sports championships (and then recount the stories to people who don't care), creep other people's Facebook pages, write novels that never see the light of day and eat ribs.

Momin Qureshi's bio in his own words: Most people change their minds at least three to four times when it comes to choosing a career, but not me.  Ever since I was 12 years old I’ve known that I wanted to be in the broadcasting business,  It’s all I’ve ever wanted to do. I pursued it through school and then became an intern here at THE FAN in the fall of 2005.

I’ve been listening to THE FAN 590 since the first day the station hit the airwaves so to be working here is really a dream come true.  Like most of the people working here at the station I’m a sports fanatic.  I’ll watch anything that has even the most remote sporting element.  I watch all the majors like hockey, baseball, basketball, football and soccer.  But I also enjoy a variety of other sports like auto racing, golf, Olympic sports, college ball and one that holds a particularly special place in my heart is cricket.

I grew up with the game of cricket in my house and have grown to love all aspects of the sport.  I will be writing a cricket blog for this website where I will write about the latest in the game that takes place between the wickets, but also about all the things that happen off the pitch.  I’m hoping for lots of feedback from the readers because know that cricket fans are among the most passionate sports fans out there.

Lets be honest, everyone here at the fan knows it’s a privilege to be working here.  The ability to talk sports all day long and not to have your boss tell you to get back work because your job is to talk sports all day long is a blessing and an honor, and its one I never take for granted, but I enjoy every second.

Bryan Calhoun goes by many names around the station (Coach, Killer Coach, The Calhoun, Master Chef and a number of other names we can’t print because we are trying to keep the website PG-13).

A graduate of Humber College’s Radio Broadcasting program and THE FAN's connoisseur of NASCAR; Bryan spends all his time working behind the scenes of your favorite shows trying to make sure that they all sound as good as they can.
