Jack enters his 11th season with the Raptors organisation, currently serving as a pre- and postgame analyst with Raptors NBA TV and a game analyst for Raptors NBA TV and TSN. He has worked in the past as a radio analyst for the Raptors following a successful 14-year coaching career at the collegiate level. In addition to his duties with the Raptors, Armstrong is a regular NBA commentator in Canada and a television analyst for NCAA basketball on Sportsnet, CSTV, Comcast, Empire Sports Network, Fox Sports, MASN TV and New York/MSG while also working with ESPN's regional coverage and the Atlantic 10 Conference TV Network. His commentating also extended to the WNBA where he worked for MSG on New York Liberty telecasts for two seasons. Armstrong also partnered with Chuck Swirsky as the television analyst for the 2002 FIBA Men's World Basketball Championship.

In the college circuit, Armstrong spent his last nine years as head basketball coach of Niagara University while also serving as assistant athletic director. His tenure as head coach was the third longest in school history and his 100 career wins rank fourth on the school's all-time chart. Armstrong had his most successful season in 1992-93 when he led the Purple Eagles to a 23-7 record and a spot in the National Invitational Tournament. The accomplishments earned him Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) and New York state Division 1 Coach of the Year awards. Despite his success on the court, Armstrong is still most proud of his 100 per cent player graduation rate during his stint as head coach.

He earned both a master's degree in public communications and a bachelor's degree in history from Fordham University. Jack and his wife, Dena, have three children, Kevin (11), Brian (10), and Timothy (9). He is an avid runner and has completed the New York, Chicago and Boston marathons.

Eric is in his fourth season as the radio analyst for the Toronto Raptors, and his 11th season as the host of the Raptors' pre, half, and post-game radio broadcasts.

Smith also covers the Raptors on a regular basis as the beat reporter for Toronto's all-sports radio, THE FAN 590.

In addition to his reporting at THE FAN, Smith hosts a weekly NBA radio show - "Hoops" - which is simulcast nationally on Raptors NBA TV. In 2003, he began working for Raptors NBA TV as well, co-hosting their weekly debate-style show, "Double Dribble".

Smith's diversity in the Canadian market also extends to a monthly web column he writes for Raptors.com, and numerous appearances on both local and national TV.  He has appeared on NBA TV's "Insiders" and regularly guests on radio shows throughout Canada and the U.S.  Smith has also written columns for NBA.com, appeared weekly on Global TV as their NBA Analyst (2001-2006), and hosted an NBA-sponsored radio program, "The NBA this Week" (2002-03).

Smith graduated with Honors from the School of Journalism at Humber College in Toronto.
